A ten unit, mixed income development has been constructed on a former church and rectory site within an existing urban neighborhood.

The project was designed to seamlessly fit within this established residential area. The residences, half market rate and half affordable, are constructed in four buildings of two and three units each, matching the scale of the neighborhood homes. A huge beach tree was saved and acts as the central focus of this in-fill development. The contractor for the project was Stand Construction.
