A new use has been planned for an abandoned mill property in Nasonville, Rhode Island. The building is to be used as a mixed use complex, incorporating market rate housing together with shops, restaurants, and office space.
Much of the development is comprised of new construction which includes a major addition to the one-story portion of the former mill, as well as wood framed mill housing along the main road.
