Narthex addition including pedestrian bridge and portico, driveway access, parking, and rest rooms to achieve handicapped accessibility.  New work also solved wedding and funeral access problems.

A free standing rectory was designed to replace a large outdated building and to harmonize with the local vernacular seaside cottages.

An addition was put on to create a Christian Education Wing with flexibility for meeting and conference rooms.  Renovations were also made to the existing Church Sanctuary.

Accessibility was achieved by an elevator addition to three levels, as well as a newly renovated meeting hall with kitchen.
