A large historic mansion was converted into five market-rate condominiums.  Six additional units have been included in addition to the original structure.

Main Street Law Office Building

A remaining one-story portion of a former four-story Victorian flat iron building was designed to receive a new second-story compatible addition.

Restoration of this building included extensive structural adhesive putty work to restore intricate carved detailing that had worn away overtime.

As the Architect, we studied the use of additions to this existing historic Civil War era structure as an alternative to district plans for demolition and new construction.

The grand and historic St. Cecilia’s Church required elevator access from grade to both the Nave and the Parish Hall.
